Overview

Brandon is a paralegal at Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso Glassman Law. Brandon recently graduated from Penn State Dickinson Law School where he received a Juris Doctor.

While at Dickinson, Brandon was published in the Penn State Dickinson Law School Entrepreneurship Law Blog and was a member of both the Black Law Student Association and the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

Brandon is also a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University where he received a Bachelor’s degree in History. During his time at Mount St. Mary’s, he was published in the Moorings Academic Journal and was a member of the Black Student Union and the Phi Alpha Theta History fraternity. Brandon has also worked at two libraries and has served as a student member of student member of the executive board for Carlisle Theatre during his time in school.

Brandon focuses most of his work in the Firm’s public procurement sector, providing key insight and strong support on a myriad of complex public procurement matters and issues. Brandon specializes in aiding with the review of front-end bid specifications and bidder submissions, conducting contract review and drafting, as well as assisting with the legal interpretation of Local and State procurement statutes and codes.

In his free time, Brandon likes to read mystery novels and watch movies.
