Overview

Erin is the Director of Administration at Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso Glassman Law, where she oversees daily operations, manages strategic initiatives, and supports firmwide efficiency and growth. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from LaSalle University and brings a diverse professional background spanning criminal justice, pharmaceuticals, and law.

Previously serving as a paralegal at the firm for over five years, Erin was instrumental in developing a comprehensive tracking system for assessment appeals and worked closely with attorneys to streamline processes and enhance client communication. In her current role, she continues to champion operational improvements and foster a collaborative workplace environment.

Erin works closely with Firm leadership and partners to develop policies, enhance processes, and support long-term growth. She is known for her organized, practical approach, strong attention to detail, and ability to translate complex systems into user-friendly solutions for attorneys and staff.

With a commitment to efficiency, confidentiality, and continuous improvement, Erin brings a modern administrative perspective to the Firm while maintaining the professionalism and discretion essential to the legal industry.

Outside of the office, Erin volunteers with Project HEARTH, helping elderly individuals maintain independence at home,  She values continuous learning and thoughtful problem-solving, and brings that same curiosity and people-centered mindset to her work.
