Overview

Lana Ulrich is an Attorney at Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law. Lana brings more than a decade of legal, governance, and senior leadership experience to her practice, having previously served as Vice President of Content and Senior Counsel at the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

At the National Constitution Center, Lana advised on a broad range of legal and operational matters, including contracts, intellectual property, privacy and data governance, nonprofit compliance and policies, and strategic partnerships. She worked closely with executive leadership on complex organizational initiatives and provided counsel on issues affecting one of the nation’s leading civic education institutions. In addition to her legal responsibilities, Lana oversaw the Center’s constitutional content and educational initiatives, bringing together government officials, academics, nonprofit leaders, and community stakeholders to advance civic education and public engagement.

Prior to joining the National Constitution Center, Lana worked as a Legal Fellow with the United Nations Association in Philadelphia. During law school, she served as a law clerk with the U.S. Department of State’s Office of the Legal Adviser, where she assisted with matters involving international litigation and arbitration. She also worked for a Washington, D.C. labor and employment law firm.

Lana earned her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she was a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. She also studied international human rights law at the University of Oxford through the GW–Oxford Program. She received her B.A., with honors, from The Pennsylvania State University.

Outside of her legal practice, Lana serves as Vice President of the United Nations Association of Greater Philadelphia, where she helps advance educational programming and community engagement initiatives focused on international cooperation and public service. She resides in Glenside with her husband, two children, and dog, Charlie.
