She graduated from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Temple University’s Fox School of Business in 2004. Lauren takes great pride in her years spent in public interest, working for the people and Courts of Montgomery County.
For thirteen years, Lauren was an Assistant District Attorney in the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office. She worked her way up to Assistant Chief of the Trials Division. During her time as a prosecutor, Lauren tried all manner of jury and non-jury trials, from Driving Under the Influence cases to Homicides. Lauren worked closely with local police departments and the County Detective Bureau to ensure thorough and Constitutionally-sound prosecutions. She also took great satisfaction in working with crime victims and their families, as they navigated the criminal justice system.
Immediately prior to joining Clarke Gallagher Barbiero Amuso & Glassman Law, Lauren spent five years as the Deputy Court Administrator for Montgomery County’s Criminal and Juvenile Divisions. In this role, Lauren oversaw the day-to-day operations of these Divisions and ensured that procedures were in place to guarantee timely hearings. She also helped to craft and implement policies and procedures to allow the Court to comply with changes in the law. Lauren utilized her affinity for communication to work with all stakeholders in Criminal and Juvenile Courts Divisions—from the Bench to members of the public—with the goal of reaching the best possible outcome for all situations.
Lauren lives in Abington with her husband and children. When she is not working, you will most likely find Lauren at her children’s art classes or on the sidelines of her family’s sporting events.
