Overview
Mike is the Managing Partner at CGBAG Law with a strong background in municipal law. He has represented Boroughs, Townships, Water and Sewer Authorities, School Districts and municipal entities in Bucks County, Montgomery County, Delaware County, and Lycoming County since 1997. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked for a litigation firm in Philadelphia where he specialized in personal injury cases and business litigation.
Mike serves as solicitor or special counsel for over 40 municipal entities throughout the Philadelphia suburban area. Mike has litigated cases in 8 counties in Pennsylvania as well as before the United States District Court, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and Pennsylvania Supreme, Superior and Commonwealth Courts. Mike has served as Chief Negotiator for multiple collective bargaining agreements for both municipalities and school districts. Mike’s varied experience benefits his clients who are seeking innovative solutions to complex problems.
