Harrison E. Fonteix

Harrison is an experienced litigator in both criminal antl civil practices. He graduated laude from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he excelled as a member of the Moot Court team.

Prior to joining Rudolph Clarke, Harrison was an Assistant District Attorney in both the Philadelphia and Bucks County District Attorney's Offices, representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in criminal proceedings. As a prosecutor, Harrison honed his litigation skills in countless trials before juries and judges and through negotiations with opposing counsel. While he took pride in prosecuting violent and dangerous offenders, Harrison always strove to achieve true justice in all of his cases, no matter the form it took.. As a member of numerous specialized units, Harrison was involved in all phases of a criminal trial, from initial investigation through post-trial appeals.

When he is not in a courtroom, Harrison enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, often on a softball field, at the beach or on his Peloton.
